Can’t complete Dawning ques
Can’t seem to continue the Dawning quest line because I don’t own some dlc.
The quest is to deliver a Dark Matter Drizzler cookie to the Dean of the Aionians in Caldera on Kepler but I do not own the edge of fate dlc. I am a returning player and I have just bought the Renegades dlc. I cannot afford to buy any more dlc at the moment. It does not let me travel to Kepler to deliver the cookie so I am locked out of continuing quest and don’t know how to proceed now. Any help would be appreciated.
I have already tried abandoning the quest to see if it gave me a new delivery target but it does not it is just the same quest :(

The Quest description says that the NPC can be found [i]either[/i] in the [b]Kepler[/b] Patrol area or while running the [b]Caldera[/b] Solo Op from the Portal. If it is available to you I would suggest checking the latter. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
