Equilibrium Drops
I’m 550 power rank 10 guardian for months now. Yet the new dungeon is dropping tier 3 and 4 crap. I got 1 tier 5 out of 2 dungeon runs. This is unacceptable.

Nothing makes sense. You can be showered with tier 5's on Kepler mythic patrol... but tier 5's in a dungeon are rarer than chicken lips.
