Gone through every possible planet and their faction areas. I am 95% certain I have collected them all but only have 14/18 just went through the last few over the last few days that I needed. I noticed once I grabbed the last one on Selina Morass (cabal) it didn't let me place the remaining 4 in the area in tharsis? I've spent 3 days going over every single location and each faction area DEFINITELY grabbed them all, yet 4 are missing and the only one that shows up anywhere is the Selina Morass (cabal) one even though I've picked it up multiple times. So definitely bugged and I'm a tad annoyed because I've never had a triumph bug out as much as the RENEGADE one reached 100k credits spent them all and now back up at 100k but the other triumph says 95k for a week and hasn't moved? Id appreciate some sort of acknowledgement on these. Many thanks if anything is corrected 👍
