Not sure if this is a known issue but it’s just to report this part of the mission is bugged, the sequence that rotates means you can never solve the puzzle. When you get to the second to last symbol it takes you back to the first zone with the timer not active, only way to restart is to step on the plate which is incorrect and then it’s rinse and repeat, meaning the puzzle can never be solved.
