Does anyone know if empowering rift's weapon dmg boon stacks?
Or overrides any buffs?
I might have just created the strongest Praxic Blade kit in the game if it does.
This is both a legitimate question and me teasing the post I'm definitely making.
Figuring this out cost me 50+ ascendant shards and **** ton of prisms.

AND
I got it wrong twice. Rebuilt the kit 3 times.
