Not sure if this is a known bug, but once I got into the Sabotage assets part of the activity, the relic fell down under the platform and was no longer reachable by any means. It also didn't respawn, resulting in an incomplete activity. All lockboxes are unclaimable because of that and it doesn't count in the daily progress.
