Forgemaster Bug (Melas Panoplia)
The "Forgemaster Ready" buff from the Melas Panoplia gauntlets does not activate at all when welding swords and glaives. The gauntlets state that either picking up a firesprite or getting rapid solar kills will trigger the "Forgemaster Ready" buff; however, while a sword or glaive is held fulfilling either requirement currently fails to activate the perk.

I think it's been around since it was introduced. The issue is because swords replace your melee option with a unique one. If you don't have the throwing hammer equipped it won't allow you to gain the buff which means swords stop you from getting it.
