Check your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/EververseHistory]Eververse purchase history[/url] to make sure you purchased it as its been a silver-only set since it was released. If its not there and you're sure you have purchased it then fill in a [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]Missing Eververse Item[/url] ticket. Given you mentioned that you had the Hunter and Titan set still unlocked, it looks more like you are speaking about the armor that was included with the Ultimate Edition of Year of Prophecy which was the Marauder Progeny set for Warlock which you are showing as having unlocked and that should still be available in the transmog menu. If it isn't then grab a clip showing the ornaments for one (or multiple) armor slot then make a post in #help.
