The Path Of The Burning Steps
The titan exotic was realy nice for people who build around solar weapons and not focussed on abilities, (grenades to activate 4x firewalker sometimes). Now that the damage buff is only active with roaring flames and not getting any ability kills in higher end content has turned it into such a useless exotic for main weapon users.
It seems that running surge mods is just better then this exotic now making 1 of my favorite exotic armor pieces go down to 1 of the worst for me. I have also hardly seen anyone else use this exotic since this change, prior to edge of fate i came across a lot of people with it.
Can you please reverse this change or change it that the solar damage buff activates on weapon kills and ignition damage through abilities.

1 RispondiI can’t really think of that many Titan exotics that are truly fun for me ATM. I’ve exclusively used Actium this season. Stronghold is busted, but not fun. Hazardous propulsion is pretty cool. Feedback fence for PVP is pretty fun. Is peacekeepers still viable after its update? I haven’t touched the past two new exotics, the forge master and pseudo garrison. Lawless frontiers start to hit pretty hard, why would I want either of those utilities? Maybe I’m missing something. I used to love no backup plans and a few others, but now it just feels like I may as well use no exotic sometimes rather than engage in their gameplay loops. That’s why I used Actium War Rig for the solo legendary campaign this go around. Choir of one and unwavering duty with rampage/killing tally. Called it a day. (Please someone recommend some fun builds for Titan if I’m missing some obvious ones.)

building solar damage just like frenzy perk. escelating scorch, ignition and base dmg should be super in -50 activities

2 RisposteBefore the nerf, or rework whatever you want to call it. I used to have a vex build, at 1 stack of fire walker and 1 rampage stack with vex you could legit 4 tap enemies in crucible 😂 it was so broken and fun, ever since they changed it to use the same damage ramp as surges I Havnt touched it. Don’t see a need. Just use surges 🤷♂️

Either that or an extra resistance buff against solar and stasis damage would be cool.

Used to be my favorite exotic. I liked using it because not many people did, and it was far from a meta build. But then it got nerfed for no reason.

1 RispondiSince it copped a stray nerf for no actual reason (when they stopped it stacking with surge mods and made It so it actually did less than surge mods) it's been a completely useless exotic to run. They need to revert it back to before it's initial nerf.

Yeah I remember before EoF launched I had a build with it all ready. On paper it should have been great with 200 weapons stat, in practice i never used it
