BUG: Trinity Ghoul's Lightning Rod ability doesn't generate ammo progress
Repro Steps:
1. Go to Shooting Range and spawn any killable red bar enemy
2. Get Trinity Ghoul from Collections
3. Get a precision kill with Trinity Ghoul to gain its Lightning Rod ability
4. Observe the current position of the ammo generation bars
5. Kill an enemy with the Lightning Rod's chain lightning by shooting the ground nearby
Expected Results:
The ammo bars progress when getting a kill.
Actual Results:
No ammo progress is generated from Lightning Rod kills.
Notes:
- The ammo bar did increment correctly when killing non-red bar enemies.
- Also appears to occur with Voltshot
