No it isn't. It's limited revives, timers, non regenerating health, locked loadouts and power deltas, enemies who have been speeded up to the point that they can run backwards faster than your character can go forwards, triple shielded enemies who constantly spawn and invaders in the seasonal activity. My personal favourite is the carrying cargo mechanic in Smuggle missions that slows you, some clown actually thought that would be fun to make you plod along while getting hit from all sides. Tedious
