“Upper Hand” Catalyst not dropping for Praxic Blade
I’ve ran this mission 3 times, following Eso’s guide step-by-step, on legend. The other two catalysts dropped, just not “upper hand”
I am not going to waste 30 minutes running it a 4th time just to record a video for you. If you would like I can link a reddit post with NUMEROUS other people having the same issue.

(PS, it’s been over 5 months and the Tommy’s Matchbook Catalyst quest “a good match” still isn’t progressing either.)

same issue here, forgot to go do the 2 blights outside on my first run, only realized once i was in the last room and the white blights weren't there, finished, got hyperblade. when i re-ran it and did all steps for both hyperblade & upper hand, hyperblade dropped again, upper hand didn't. tried multiple times now, always the same result
