Empty Frontier
After completing the campaign on legendary and making it to step 11 in "The Territory War Begins". The frontier is empty besides the fire and ice mission and the outpost. After trying a few things with the banners and the renegade skills I abandoned the quest and so far, it is unavailable to restart. I have already tried more than I should have had to for a DLC that I paid for. But I would like to try the end game at some point so I'm open to sessions.
