Better Deflect Stuff Should Be Baked Into Arcstaff + Exotic Reworks

TLDR; add Blight Ranger deflect effects to base super, give Arc Staff exotics better Block/Deflect synergy Read Anyway; Currently, blocking with Arc Staff drains a lot of energy for not a lot of positive benefits. Additionally, the block has issue with allowing chip and aoe damage through, which can be very annoying to say the least. In summary: - Deflected projectiles give 1 Bolt Charge per hit (which, btw, cannot be discharged by damaging enemies with deflected shots). - Also, deflected hits deal just 2x base damage to combatants. - Deflected attacks do not scale with enhanced Super stat ... The rapid base super drain when blocking greatly reduces its effectiveness, since there is little time to deflect damage. Combatants inherently do low damage, since players still only have 200 or something health in PvE activities. So without Blight Ranger, and in low level content with less aggressive ai, the blocking/deflect effect is really bad. Speaking of Blight Ranger, here's a summary of the blocking/deflection effects it provides: • block does not drain increased super – i.e, while blocking, Arc Staff drains at the normal passive rate as if you were just standing around, which is about 20 seconds • deflected attacks deal 5x damage (which works out to be 10x against combatants), and extend in-super duration Personally, I think these exotic effects should just be a part of the base super block, along with the ability for deflected hits to discharge Bolt Charge on enemies they damage. (Exotics) ... Then, what can you do to makes Blight Ranger more special? Well, a rough idea — Voltaic Mirror: Blocking damage with Swords or Glaives builds stacks of Bolt Charge and grants Amplified. While you are Amplified, Dodging, or guarding with a Sword or Glaive creates a temporary field around you that absorbs and deflects incoming damage back at attackers, dealing increased damage. This field grants damage resistance and has increased duration while you are in a Flow State. Enemies damaged by deflections grant super energy and create an exhausting Arc explosion at their location. Guarding with Arc Staff grants Bolt Charge to nearby allies at an accelerated rate, and causes deflected shots to Blind enemies. Bolt Charge discharged by deflected attacks strikes twice. (Hidden Interaction: Riskrunner's Arc Conductor Field also reflects damage as projectiles) Also, something new for Raiden Flux — Synapse Junctions: Quick successive attacks with Arc Staff increase its damage output and duration. Bocking attacks also builds Synapse Junction stacks, increasing deflection damage greatly. Damaging enemies with deflections and Arc Staff combo final strikes generates orbs of power for your allies. Additionally, Arc Staff can be cancelled early. When your super ends or is cancelled, Arc weapons and abilities gain increased damage – effect duration increased based on the number of hits landed or deflected while Arc Staff was active. (Synapse Junctions now caps at x30 stacks. Light Attacks build x10 stacks, Heavy Attacks build x20, and each Blocked Attack builds x1)
