Can we get a comment on why this clearly Iron Banner armor was instead put in the Eververse?

The only detail to maybe suggest the claim has any validity is the IB tree symbol on the Titan set concept art, which is just concept art and doesn't mean much. Every other IB set is medieval themed, while this EV set is Roman Gladiator themed. The original claim also doesn't add up, because the only announcement of a "new" IB set was in the 9/9 blog post on Ash and Iron launch, well after the gladius set was added to EV.
