I don't understand
I just don't understand. How do you have access to every mod in the game and you don't build into orb generation and health regeneration? I keep seeing other players in fully master worked tier 5 armor with tier 5 weapons running some of the crappiest builds I have ever seen. Some of them will have no mods equipped. Why? I just don't understand
