I'm stuck around 300 light and can't progress!
I've hit a point in the game now where any activity I need to do to grow my light is too hard, specifically in solo ops, and anything else is too easy and doesn't give rewards that grow my light. I'm stuck! Wtf am I supposed to do now?

You'll hit soft locks, the best way I found around them was to switch characters. The catch up mechanic tends to bump you just past the barrier.
