Been having this issue go on for a few seasons now. Sometimes when I load in, my frames drop significantly and the game appears choppy and everything appears to stutter. Even in the character screen if I rotate my character the frames plummet and rotating becomes choppy. This isn’t an issue that happens every time I boot the game up, but it happens more often than not. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do. Restarting the game will sometimes fix it. I have verified files, reinstalled the game, wiped graphics drivers and reinstalled windows. I have heard it’s something to do with the way the game has changed how “Fullscreen” works.
