Low Gravity is gone.
Grapple is back.
Solstice can drop Tier 5 at Guardian rank 6 over 300 power.
The higher your rank, the higher your level... the better it is.
Tier 3s & 4s over 200.
Encore is back and they added back one of the drops.
@Bungie... I think Tier 3 starting at 200 should remain permanent, btw.

I am really loving the chaos reshaped perk Feels like Frenzy+Heal Clip Stack it with actual Heal Clip and you almost can't die And I only just got over 300, and am getting Tier 4s This could be the best Destiny event ever
