Account says it has parental controls?
My account says it has parental controls but it’s never had parental controls on it. And I must have acces to multiplayer to play Destiny 2. I’ve never received a request to confirm my date of birth either.

1 RispondiIs it in-game or is it at the load screen [url=https://i.imgur.com/Q33ofaN.png]like this?[/url] If its the latter, restart Destiny 2. Destiny failed to confirm your parental control settings with your platform during the load and defaulted to them being strictly set. It's popped up recently and can happen fairly often, a restart or two of the game fixes it though. I'm not aware if Bungie are looking into it.

2 RisposteHello there, Thanks for reporting. We launched a mandatory "date of birth" screen in Destiny 2. This is a one-time ask. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat.
