Caldera Solo Op Soft-Locking
Running the Caldera Solo Op mission on PC and I noticed if one of the Fallen bosses falls off the map at the end the activity will softlock and cannot be completed (Left Hands of the Destruction boss has a shield that makes it immune to damage). After waiting a few minutes the first boss still did not respawn and I wasn't able to complete the activity.
Hopefully a workaround can be deployed because that kind of sucks.
