Bug found with new land beyond catalyst
this is a firerate bug with new land beyondf i found while randomly firing it in the firing range. it seems to be related to the catalyst as the weapon stops firing at 7 bullets. its replicable by trying to mantle while firing the gun at 20+ stacks with reserves left. this might warrant a patch
