Purchased Mask of Bakris from Rahool using Novel Focusing. Prior to this it was not in my Collection. Went to Ada-1 to use Requisition to try to get better roll, interface shows Mask of Bakris greyed out says I need to add it to my Collection to purchase. I am literally wearing it. I tried unequipping it, no change. Tried exiting Destiny 2 and closing the Game from the PS home screen, no change. Tried the cache clearing by powering off PS and unplugging power for 5 minutes, no change. I did notice that after purchasing from Rahool while it did show in my collection, from the outer Collections list the Exotic tab did not show something new was added. I can see it in the Collection and was able to create a new copy from Collections, this also did not change Ada-1, she still showed that I needed to add it to my Collections. I also checked Rahool's Precision Focusing and it also says that I need to unlock it in my Collection. I currently do not have any engrams to try purchasing again using Novel Focusing, but I would not expect a different result. What can I do?
