Dredgen Title Gild Count Increasing on log in.
The "Times Gilded" count for my Dredgen Title has been increasing for me so instead of being a Dredgen 15 since I re-gilded yesterday, I'm now Dredgen 50 and counting.
I logged in and out of my characters and that caused the counter to increase, however I'm unsure if it is the only trigger for the increased counter.
While doing my Gambit grind to re-gild I noticed the one teammate I saw who had their title gilded was at Dredgen 26.
I equipped the Ghost Writer title and its count did not increase from 3 for me so this does not appear to be impacting all titles. It may just be Dredgen or it may be any title that can currently be re-gilded.

If you're still experiencing this, then please consider recording a video which demonstrates what you describe. If you record a video, you can upload it to Youtube and share a link here.
