Multiple Nonary Engram Bugs
Nonary Engrams appear [b]extremely[/b] bugged. There are multiple reports across reddit, YouTube, other forum posts, etc. of the following bugs:
Not being able to purchase all 20 Nonary Engrams for Nonary Manifolds, hitting the purchase cap early.
Recieving duplicate items that are already in collections, effectively wasting Manifolds or the daily free engram yielding nothing.
Being unable to obtain Nonary Engrams on certain classes/characters.
Being unable to redeem the daily free engram on some, or all characters.
Being able to receive more than one free engram per day on certain accounts/characters.

I was unable to redeem the free nonary engram today (I was able to yesterday). Visited the emissary, clicked the engram, it blinked but nothing happened, clicked it again, blinked but nothing happened (and no, it was not disabled). Changed to a different character, went back, and this time the engram said "Purchase Limit Reached". Checked my inventory and collections for anything new...nada. I was hoping for something cool today from the nonary engram, but only received sadness and disappointment.
