Hi, I use cross save from the characters on my Xbox account. I do not have any original save data for other platforms to my knowledge. I can access my characters just fine on PC through Steam. However, when I try to log in through the Microsoft Store or Xbox versions of the game, I am left on the cross save landing screen, asking me to enable it even though the account shows up on the cross save webpage as properly linked. I didn't want to try deactivating cross save in the event it would leave me unable to play anywhere for the full cooldown period. What should I do to fix this?
