I think the RNG of the Ice Breaker just isn't accurate. I know its a random drop from the final boss, I know everyone has a random chance just like any exotic weapon from a dungeon or a raid, I know doing it during contest mode was a guaranteed drop. But having the title complete, quest complete, 70+ runs, farming when it was featured, it feels silly knowing I've gone through everything the dungeon offers and still haven't had the weapon drop. Especially when going through the quest with newer guardians there have been many times the dungeon has glitched at certain steps where messages wouldn't appear for them, makes me believe that the dungeon is bugged.
