I completed the Prophecy dungeon, and even got the Prophecy Complete triumph for it too. But, I did not get any progress for the quests, “Elegant Arsenal: a Sudden Death,” and “First Vision” of completing all encounters of Prophecy. I also got no progress for the “Crossing the Threshold” quest of completing any Rite of the Nine dungeon. I would appreciate it if these could be fixed, so the quests can be progressed and completed.
