Hierarchy Of Needs Update Needed
I just picked up Hierarchy of Needs bow from RotN.
First: As someone who enjoys bows, this bow is a lot of fun to shoot. Seems like it is handles well and is snappy.
Having said that, it’s exotic perk: Guidance Ring needs a rework. Ticuu’s Divination already has tracking arrows and doesn’t need to need a ring.
Along with that, you can move while using it.
Besides just coming up a new perk altogether, here are some suggestions:
1. Make a dome vs a ring. That way people could shoot in any direction.
2. Make it mobile so you don’t have to stay in one place.
3. The ring’s time needs to last longer as well.

Tried to be funny in privates once by using it. Did you know you only do 3 damage at close range? It lowers your damage of guidance ring depending on range...why?
