First Exorcism Quest bugged. Won’t progress.
After completing the First Exorcism quest, I went back to the Emissary to collect the reward. Naturally my character was full since I don’t have any vault space. So the weapon went to the postmaster. After collecting the weapon from the postmaster, the quest step remains. “Open the chest” but there’s no chest to open. And no progression. I would love to be told I’m just doing something wrong, but as it appears, the quest is bugged if you don’t have enough space on your person to collect the gun in realtime.

I am in the same boat, quest stuck and I cannot access this elevator either (I'm assuming it's supposed to be the glowing thing in the middle?)

3 RisposteHi there, Thanks for reporting this. Could you try making some space in your inventory for rewards and then do as viiTactiiCZz suggested? If that doesn't work, though, please try to capture a video that demonstrates the issue, including footage of your quest log for First Exorcism and you being unable to access/open the chest. Once you have some footage, you can upload it to a public video hosting site like YouTube, and we'll be sure to take a look.

I have this same bug occurring. My secondary slot was full when I turned in the quest. I found the gun in the postmaster, but the quest is still showing as incomplete on step 3 of 3. Going to the upper chest in Eternity makes no difference. I have no gamplay that I can recall on the turn in step, but I can provide any additional details you may need.

I'm in the same boat. I completed GotD today and earned gold on all encounters. I went to the Emissary but couldn't access the lift. If it matters, I did not complete Spire of the Watcher last week. Is there any way to progress the quest?

Just to check, have you gone back into Rite of the Nine area and used the lift to go up to the second platform to see if the chest will respawn?
