Bugged quests
a couple of bugged quests both in quest tab and destinations:
Packed Lunch (doing bentobox quests from Drifter to recieve chatterwhite shader)
- quest was limited time from last episode and cannot be completed anymore.
Luna's Calling (quest to look for Eris Morne's lost fireteam)
- quest is part of Shadowkeep and cannot be acquired but is still shown in Moon map

Another bugged quest is the new light quest, it asks you to talk to Amanda holiday in the hangar. I don't think the quest knows what happened to her, I don't want to be the one to break the news to em...
