GoS First encounter triumph is bugged
If One starts first encounter by shooting the combatant in the bosses mouth(as one needs to do for the triumph) Then once the boss moves to the next area it just sits there not spitting anymore of the thing we need to pick up to stop a wipe(the thing that gives you the debuff needed for the triumph). Sadly I have not captured it on video but its easy enough to reproduce.
