Icebreaker drop
I've been trying to drop the icebreaker for months and there's no way, I have multiple completions with all three characters and despite this the increase in the initial exotic drop rate remains fixed at zero. I searched on Twitter and there are people talking about this bug but in the support forums I haven't found any discussions about it or obviously any solutions. What can I do?

[quote]What can I do?[/quote] Could simply be my RNG; but getting [b][u]ALL[/u][/b] exotic boosters has yielded the drop for myself the following week. This worked for Warlords, Vespers, and GOTD.
