I completed the mission and got the gun and returned to the sharping slab to acquire the steel your nerves but the quest won’t update. I already acquired all the 18 fragments but it’s still stuck at “steel your nerves acquired”.. I returned to the slab but nothing is there, i checked the abandoned quest kiosk but nothing is there either.
