It's usage is this high because of hunters cheesing RDMs with it and the fact this type of pulse has always been an aim bot on controller. Combine the fact controller hipfire usually isnt good and how easy RDM makes it on controller with a weapon type thats an aim bot on controller and wow high usage. If this outlier was a mnk issue like DMT used to be there would of been 3 changes by now to ruin it. Since its controller void hunters lasering everyone it will be treated way differently as we can see.
