See the title; after finally jumping on my warlock to craft an Arc build during Episode Heresy, I am unable to unlock Ionic Sentry (along with several other fragments and grenades I didn't realize I skipped over). [u]The meditation pop up and animation plays like usual, but the items continue to be locked in my subclass, and display "meditate to unlock" in Ikora's menu.[/u] Repeated visits to the tower, and full game restarts point me to do the meditation animation again, but with the same issue: nothing unlocks. I have claimed all quests, all other available subclass unlocks, and a new light kit from Ikora on this character.
