Please Fix Enhanced Recycled Energy
Recycled Energy currently works in a kinda mid way, but at least it works. The enhanced version does nothing.

1 RispondiThe energy gains seem so bad even on the standard version that they have to be bugged. I can't see why a kill and a reload would give less energy than perks like Demolitionist and Pugilist that activate on kill and have other benefits too. Even Wellspring looks like it gives more.
