Exotic Mission and Tome of Want Bug
The exotic mission is not showing up in the Nether (in explore or multi player modes) and I am currently also experiencing the bug with the Tome of Want: A Primer quest, in which I cannot move past step 2/3 ritual rewards.
Are these 2 related?

If you're referring to the blight, it appears after you've done all of the week 2 quest steps, and then it's still an rng chance it will spawn.

Did you do all the steps in the exotic quest? The node for the mission doesn't appear until then.
