S23 Dawning item gone
Hello,
After accidentally clearing the Frostflower Sparrow from my inventory, I checked the Season 23 tab in Collections (when the event took place) to notice that the Sparrow is not in Collections. Given that I spent $10 USD for the pack, I'd like to ensure that I get what I paid for. How do we resolve this?
