Ionic Sentry Doesn't work with electrostatic minds and grenade fragments and exotics
Is it a bug? Ionic sentry doesn't create any ionic traces with electrostatic mind unlike arc souls which create ionic traces even if the enemy isn't blinded or jolted.
Also, It doesn't count as anything. Ionic Sentry should work with things like Verity's brow or Spark of Shock. It feels really bad right now.
Please tell us this is a bug, because it's been disappointing so far
