Changing Steam Account
I have 2 steam accounts. The old one is abandoned. I have access to it, but I would like to transfer my character to another steam account, since the old one is not relevant.
I understand that purchases, dlc, etc. will not be transferred, but I would like to be able to link another steam account to my account.

Cross save would allow you to use those characters on other platforms but there is no method to transfer or use characters on a different same platform account.
