I finished the quest on my warlock then went on my titan and did the last step, went to the vending machine, it showed i got the shader and something else that looked like a potion? Then i went back to my warlock and now the quest is gone and the shader is also gone. Its not in my newly discovered. Went back to my titan and also gone.
