For quick context: I had deleted my Steam account, but forgot it was linked in my cross save with Bungie. So there is no way for me to verify and unlink it. Steam is also unable to recover deleted accounts, so there is not much more I can do. So now I'm unable to use my new Steam account where I purchased the DLC bundle. From what has been discussed, Bungie will not, and can not force unlink accounts that they can't verify. However, what about the accounts that [u]can[/u] be verified? If Bungie could implement a one time unlinking, which allows you to unlink your accounts that you can verify, rather then being forced to verify all of them to disable the cross save. Then, I could just move my characters and linked accounts to a new Bungie profile.
