Hunters Remembrance Quest Can't Be Reclaimed, But Awoken Mementos Can
Step 1: Dismantle Awoken Mementos
Step 2: Abandon Hunters Remembrance on that same character
Step 3: Reclaim Awoken Mementos from Petra on same character
Step 4: Abandon Hunters Remembrance on your other characters
Result I'm Stuck With: I Can't Restart the quest to get Wish-Ender at all
Please help, I am now locked out of getting Wish-Ender

If you wanted wish ender, why would you delete/discard everything related to its quest?
