Completed Ice Breaker Catalyst before Getting Ice Breaker, Catalyst not showing.
I completed the steps to the Ice Breaker Catalyst in Vesper's Host before getting the weapon itself. After I did get Ice Breaker, the catalyst is not showing up in the catalyst socket. Not sure if I have to re-do the steps or this is just a bug.
