A few weeks ago my friend and I discovered a glitch in private matches where the "infinite special" setting made your shields take 5x the damage. It was some of the most fun we've had in Destiny and reminded me of old Halo custom games. Well, turns out Bungie removed this bug in a patch recently, so now the only way to increase shields is with the extremely lackluster "overshield" setting, which is weak and doesn't even regenerate. I'd like to petition Bungie to make a permanent setting in Crucible private matches that lets you adjust shield durability. It would increase the options for custom games and open up new options for just having fun with your friends.
