Hi, I have all quest steps finished and all needed triumphs etc. For the second week in a row, I have shot all four crystals and inputted the code for the icebreaker catalyst and didnt receive it :( It says I have the Catalyst in the collections for some reason but its simply not there in the weapon menu :( Can I have my Catalyst?
