Vesper Host Access Override triumph is not showing after completing the Rogue Network quest!
I have already completed the Rouge Network quest and got the class item, but there is no "access override" triumph, I even went back to the dungeon after quest completion and did the first puzzle but there was nothing! How to fix this?

Same problem here. Access override isn't popping up. I have finished the Rouge Network questline. I was able to do 2 puzzles but the 3rd is bugged. All while the triumph is still a secret.

I have the same issue Just finished Rouge network, but the Access Override triumph is still "secret" hope this gets fixed soon
