Title. After playing in the pale heart for anywhere between 2 and 10 minutes, I always get a guitar error and get sent to orbit. Not related to loadout, only occurs in the Pale Heart Patrol, everything else in the game is fine Edit - They seem most common immediately after completing a wave of overthrow. Warping to ghost and back to the patrol zone (resetting the instance) seems to prevent the issue, so might be caused by the mass enemy despawn/respawns
