Bungie, I am not sure what to do, as there is no way of sending in a ticket, but I have not been able to claim the "Ooo Shiny" emblem in-game, despite having been notified through both Twitch and Partner Rewards that the emblem has been received. I wouldn't come here without proof that not only did I check but that I tried to do what I was recommended to do through the troubleshooting guide that could fix this issue... and it did not. If you need proof, I don't have social media, but I do have an email account with four screenshots, which include 1) the emblem confirmed under "Partner Rewards," 2) the emblem confirmed under Twitch "Drops & Rewards," 3) an error code that I have been unable to fix which refreshes "Partner Rewards" (Error Code #2508), and 4) the very bottom of my Collections tab, which shows my most recently-acquired emblems, such as "Paracausal Path" and "Guardian Glam," both of which were released during [i]The Final Shape[/i], and no "Ooo Shiny" emblem underneath of those. I hope you see this and are able to help me with this irritating situation.
